Feeling Frustrated

Been on an average of 1170 calories for the past week ...and the scale is up 0.4 kgs or 1 lbs today...I've been stallung for this weight (147.5 lbs) for more than 20 days now...
My calories intake never went above 1300 calories and I guess going lower than 1200 is unhelathy and not recommended.
Feel8ng totally frustrated and don't know what to do.
How many times ur weight is stalling during this journey? I only need another 10 lbs tp reach ideal weight...but these last 5 lbs were really hard to lose.
need some encouragement

Agreed. You may not be taking in enough calories. Also, try changing things up-find a different way to get in some exercise and use some different muscle groups!0 -
You might try a refeed. One day eat 2000 calories then drop back down.1

I rarely hit all numbera as I cant fit more food within the day...I also follow daily fasting...eating from 3 pm to 12 am ...only...and fasting from 12am till 3pm next day....but weight is extremely slow lossing

Getting less than 20g sugar/ day usually gets the scale moving0

Tighten up your logging. Understand that the last few pounds are going to require patience.0
