Hi
This is what I achieved in exactly 3 months by keeping a cal deficit of at least 500cal, eat a minimum of carbs and exercise whenever I can :)

    I guess from about 30 to about 20. I am not sure but 12% is the plan. I have to drop another 8-10kg. Depends a bit on how much muscle I gain

    One more thing. Always make sure to set your next target. I noticed that once I hit my weight target I started to relax. That's ok I guess for a while but then you have to set your next objective. Keep progress and keep the discipline.
