@TeaBea i have not incorporated workout regime into my weight loss due to ill health. But I can defiantly see myself getting hungrier once I start working out. You doing well. Well done I hope I can keep up too

Yeah according to my stats I'm "normal weight" but it doesn't feel right. I m 5" and been between 95-100 pounds until recently when I got sick and gained, first gradual and then a ton of weight and now weighing 129-131. But don't feel fit or healthy at all.
