Now, I also perform hiking. My first hiking was 2 hrs in scout forest field last week. I also perform some weight exercise like hand push & pull, leg push & lift, and body hang. My swimming just improved also under coach direction, especially flipper style :)

Based on such reference above limit vitamints in the body can be harmful. They suggest to consume vitamin when necessary only. So now I assume that supplement are required for illness recovery only based on medical advice. However, truly I am not satisfied yet with such assumption, I feel there is sth missing.

Sure, I agree and like to fulfill my body from natural foods. However, I am still confuse whether multivit/suplement are recommended due to we perform regular extra axtivities like cardio and strength exercises. I mean there is no medical causes rather than to support extra activities reason.

Is there negative effect if we regularly consume multivit/supplement without deficiency reason or medical recommendation?

I live in Indonesia. Insurance covers only illness case, including vitamin/supplement for illness recovery. Anyway, I'll try such cron-o-meter.

Is deficiency corresponding to age? I am 45. I read Charles Eugster's story that he regularly consumes supplement to cover deficiency in his age (now 96).

Oh thanks. Yes I have a full access to gym, pool, and fitness class. All machines are available like treadmill, pull, push, etc. However I didnt follow a proper strength/weight program so far. Can you give me a simple 30 mnt program..

Based on all advices, I think weekly weight progress is the most fair to conclude our diet success or not during a week. Daily can not be referred since our body is on going processing. But it is not false to record day by day if you wish, just enjoy it. Agree...?

Hi good news, we get a blog "ask the dietitian, what causes weight loss plateu?" by Elle Penne. She advise to down size callorie target and do workouts when our weight got stagnant. Im waiting her coming blog.

Sodium..is it kind of salt? I have some friends who implement mayo diet by consuming zero salts foods for a 13 days. But I think thats not good based on our understanding, right. I will googling what is sodium ?

If we follow the callorie rules then weight trend should be down continuesly. But my experience, i got stagnant after 5 kgs loss and just varies in that range. On the other words, its fast to loss 5kgs but very hard to get more. Do you have same experience, and what to do to assure the more weigh loss will come...

Yes sure Im serious off course...sometimes it was happened zig zag scales every day even I weighed in the same time in the morning. So I try to be very happy on my daily weight loss , buy not to be sad when up again...haha..
