Aqua Aerobic

Hi, I just started my aerobic drill and utilize myfitnesspal application since 1.5 months ago. My package is controlling callories under 1,500 and burn them by swimming and jogging. Already 2 kgs lost and abdoment ring gradually reduced. But need more effort to maintain and continue the progress. Sometimes up and down haha..

    By today already 5 kgs lost. I like forum in this community who already advised me that foods intake callories control is the way. I take benefit from their advices. I hope you so.

    Here are my favourites things in my callorie program i.e. foods: snake fruit, banana, orange fruit, and lamb satay; drinks: orange juice; workouts: swim, yoga.

    You should be doing weights too, not just cardio. Swimming and running are cardio

    What about hand barbel, is it a kind of weight exercisize? What is benefit of weight compared to cardio?

    Now, I also perform hiking. My first hiking was 2 hrs in scout forest field last week. I also perform some weight exercise like hand push & pull, leg push & lift, and body hang. My swimming just improved also under coach direction, especially flipper style :)
