I actually just started Trulicity today, insurance wouldn't cover Ozempic. I'm tracking the experience on TikTok and YouTube. I already feel some change in appetite after only a few hours.

It's insane how much my body has changed, with healthy eating and exercise. I'm in a good place today because I decided to take control months ago #FitMom #FitLife ❤️

SW: 218.6lbs CW: 167lbs GW: 157lbs Pictures: August "16 vs February 17 I'm 83% from my goal!
-
I went from 218.6 to 176 in from August 2016 til January 2017. I'm 5'7" and carry weight mostly in midsection and chest. Very proud of results thus far.
-
Almost 40lbs down and I'm a new woman.
-
Hey quick update, I'm 56% near goal and feeling amazing. I can't begin to express the confidence and energy I've gained since starting this journey. 2016 is almost over but I'm approaching 2017 a new person inside and out ❤️
-
You look fabulous and I'm newly inspired just from your pictures again. What an incredible transformation!
-
I'm down almost 30lbs the scales not moving much lately as I'm gaining muscle and losing inches. I'm at 56% near goal!
-
Awesome results already, you go girl
-
Girl yes! Take pictures every week, the scale barely tells the story.

I don't really want to call it a victory because it makes me a bit sad; I noticed men are simply kinder. They've been holding doors, saying "ladies first", and all that. 26lbs ago I was invisible, it shouldn't be like that but I guess that's human nature.

Gorgeous girl! May I ask how tall you are? Your losing in all the right areas, keep it up
-
I can't believe how much my body is changing in such a short period. I never saw these results on WW.
-
Congratulations! I lost about the same at the same rate, you must be working the program hard. Good on you
-
Thanks for the support and love, I'm starting to rediscover my passion for fashion and actually went out this past weekend ❤️
-
I started waist-training and use body shapers to keep it tucked away. I'm down -26lbs with 34 more to go but my shape is coming along. Here's a pic hope it helps

I did WW for years I think each point equals about 50 calories. I'm personally in love with MFP versus WW, this program is long-term and so much easier. I did lose -72lbs at one point on WW but that took almost 2 years. I've been on MFP 70 days and am already down -26lbs since last WI. Besides it's free!
-
I've been back on MFP after a year; lost 20.5lbs in 55 days, 30 more til goal!
-
Me in August 2016 vs October 2016, I'm down 20lbs
-
People are starting to notice the loss, as of last WI I am down -15.5 and feel motivated as all hell.
-
I may be a little late but I've been on MFP for about 3 weeks and my face has slimmed some
-
Girl yaaaas! please accept my request I am so inspired!
-
Congrats!!! Has your doctor prescribed metformin? That has killed my appetite which makes following MFP easy. Some days I have to force myself to to take enough calories in so I don't lose too rapidly and end up with loose skin. Love your pictures I'm currently shaped like your before picture so it gives me hope.

This is from about 2.5 years ago when I lost -72lbs. I'm posting it to remind myself how far I've gone and for motivation. I regained 50+lbs while finishing college and starting a career. But I've been 100% on program for 2 weeks and have lost -4lbs my first week I weigh in tomorrow. I've been working out and can feel…
-
Add me, My highest was 247lbs and lowest 168lbs. I restarted last week at 218.5 lbs and goal of 170 which I can maintain. Let's do this!

I'm sorry you're feeling this way, it may seem like an impossible uphill battle but you can do it. The first thing to address though is your state of mind, it seems to me that you're very depressed. I know when I set out to be healthier I do best with a positive outlook. It would do you good to get into counseling or a…

Zumba is awesome, I lost 72 lbs 2 years ago with Zumba & Weight Watchers. The weight melted off BUT I had a lot of lose skin. I recommend some weight training to avoid flabby skin.
