  • I just added all the food I ate today. Just 260 calories over. It really could have been worse.
  • Have fun at your retreat. That is in my list of things to do. I need to track my food as I go otherwise I think I forget what I actually had to eat
  • Monday's are always hard getting back on track but I did ok. I realized my biggest problem is when I get home from work. I tend to go right to the junk food. I am now trying to avoid the kitchen first thing and then think about what to eat.

  • Back from vacation I brought along a travel scale. I weighed in this morning the same as when I left. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and drink wherever we went but I had to keep reminding myself to keep it in moderation. It will be good to get back into a routine again
  • Hi all, 1 day On Program. The scale was down a little this morning. Sometimes life is crazy and we can't plan out our meals and snacks or maybe we can't stick to our plans.
