  • I really need to figure this watch out or buy a more complex one. some days I'm moving all day and working out is not happening so if I had a watch that could tell the difference I would feel better with knowing I did a lot VS just saying forget it or feeling like I'm cheating!!
  • HUMMM I have to figure out if it does that, but I have 2 jobs and the activity ranges for both I think I will try it for a few days at work to see the trends mainly for 12 hours or more days.
  • Thanks so much that was a much need, but I will admit weighting myself daily is scary not to mention I work day shift would probably screw up my mood LOL but I will keep that advice in mind. Next month will try the daily thing and see how it goes!!!

  • I do workout much harder than I use to and I change it up a lot because I have plateau for 2 months before which is very discouraging.

  • I am logging everyday but may be off when I go out not everything is in the log, but I try to be accurate as possible. I do weight food when I meal prep for my work week.

  • according to my doctor I should be at 5lbs at the end of each month. I have done it before with no problems, that's why I'm guessing this is so depressing to me. I'm thinking 5 days more probably won't have much more of a difference.
