I thought about going back to WW but I just hate how much they charge. I found AVATAR NUTRITION online for 10.00 a month and it assigns my macro's based upon my needs (fat loss,reverse dieting etc) I track those macro's on MFP and with a good weight lifting program and so far it has been successful weight loss.

I am at my desk all day long and I know what you mean. I am constantly eating but I choose things like carrots with cheese or hummus, or high protein yogurt. I also do high protein, low carb protein bars, apple slices with peanut butter or meat and cheese roll ups. Just keep track of everything.

Now that several months have gone by, I am curious to know how you are doing. I hope that you were able to get back on track and get to goal weight.
