My deficit is 2130 and i usually eat 1500-1600 but some days i eat at 1700-1800 so it varies alot but i never go over my deficit

How do you recalculate?? Cause ive lost 11 pounds and my calories are the same as well

I put them on a piece of toast with sliced bananas and peanut butter its really good ohhh i also add them to water

Thanks for the recipe! I made it and it was delicious. Since its only 285 calories it doesn't reach the 500 calories i gotta have for dinner. Do you have any recommendations on what i can pair the cabbage stew with to reach my calorie goal?
