What does calories under weekly goal mean? Mine says 3674 I'm very confused

It means that if you multiply your daily goal by seven, then subtract all the calories you ate over the past week, there's a difference of 3674.
In other words, you're undershooting your daily calorie goal and it adds up over the week.0 -
Ohh that makes more sense is that bad though or does that mean i should eat more?0

it depends on how low your average daily is. What's your deficit set to? And what do you usually eat at? Ex, my deficit is 1380, I frequently eat at 1200-1250.0

My deficit is 2130 and i usually eat 1500-1600 but some days i eat at 1700-1800 so it varies alot but i never go over my deficit0

In that case, your extra 3600 is just another pound of loss more or less.0
