Hello, tracked and did a little walking today. Went to the dentist and had a surprise root canal! It was suppose to be just a filling. Sigh....bit expense I didn't need.

Hi! I did a Whole 30 challenge for myself last fall. Loved it and really didn't find it hard at the time. Felt good and lost weight.
