9 Week Home Workout challenge 4th of July!!

I'M LOOKING FOR AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE who want TRANSFORM their bodies, without leaving the comfort of their home. No gym membership. Sounds fantastic right?
Just give me at least 30 minutes of your day and we'll work together. No starving yourself. This is just clean eating.
Anyone can join my challenge group. Workouts can be done at home on YOUR OWN TIME. We don't have to be doing the same workouts. I have my workout DVDs you can use your own or use free videos on YouTube. You'll have me and everyone else in this challenege, encouraging and motivating you on a daily basis.
If you're interested changing your life and make this year a healthy one, then I am interested in you!
RULES:
Log in to MFP everyday
Log meals everyday
Log at least 30mins of excise everyday
Challenge starts Monday May 9th and End July 4th

So far Day 1 has been great ... well other than the left overs from our Mother's Day supper yesterday I have already completed my 30 minute workout during my lunch break.0

My calorie intake is much better today lol, which just the first half of the day I have only consumed 690 calories and lost 175 with walking during lunch This is one happy lady0

DaceyG1990 ... on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I will complete a high Aerboic exercise with a friend at work; Tuesday and Thursday I will walk 3 miles all during my lunch break; and I'm not sure what I will be doing on the weekends yet. I will probably workout to a p90X video or follow a FitBlender video.1

Hello, tracked and did a little walking today. Went to the dentist and had a surprise root canal! It was suppose to be just a filling. Sigh....bit expense I didn't need.0

Today was a great day for me walked 4 miles. Last 35 minutes on P90x.1

Doing a Les Mills hybrid from their on demand channel. 2 days of Body Combat, 2 days of Sh'Bam (their version of zumba) and 1 day of Yoga, along with 2 days of strength training per week.
