My ex husband used to beat me black and blue for being fat !!! I finally grew a pair and kicked him out and decided at that moment to live, laugh and love. I tend to eat alot of stir frys using low calorie spray oil and chicken - you can jazz them up with many types of sauces - add chicken or beef and it's a simple satisfying low cal meal xx

Being told by my doctor at 38 that I wouldn't make it to 40 was pretty good motivation lol xx I was an insulin type 2 diabetic, tablets for blood pressure and cholesterol - 116lb later, no diabetes meds or any other meds and I am proud I have a resting heart rate of 59 it used to be 106 xx that is my motivation every day xx

I certainly don't log my Friday nights, I don't eat but drink like I'm going to die !!! I need that one night off to recharge and remember to live life !!!
