Look at your sodium intake. I can gain five pounds overnight because of the amount of salt....It will come off easily if you increase your fluids for a few days. You can do this

I think you can go into the groups category and and click on the create a group. Groups is on the left side of the page on my face book.

The food diary on here gives you the calorie count for a large ear of corn as 123 calories ...I use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray for the taste of butter with 0 calories and some salt and pepper...not bad for you in moderation.

It is amazing how many people are on here who have over 100 lbs to lose. I thought I was the only one. I have lost 50 and still have that terrible 100 to go before I am down to where I should be. The whole thing is a lot of work and MORE willpower than most of us have alone. A support group and understanding friends help…

Thanks, It has been over a week since is have lost anything. Have been trying to drink more water but all that does is give me "exercise" running back and forth to the bathroom. I should probably have explained that I am 67 and have a bad knee that makes it nearly impossible to walk unassisted much less try to exercise.

My first thought was I'll trade you. I get 94 in food stamps and have another$50 max that I can spend on groceries if I don't have to buy medicine. Eating healthy food on this amount is very difficult. Any suggestions.
