I have been very carefully dieting, 900 to 1200 calories per day and have lost 25 pounds since the 5th of last month. All of a sudden weight loss has stopped. What can I do to get my weight loss started again before I give up. (I have 150 pounds to lose)

How long has it been since weight loss has stopped?

But even more importantly you need at least 1200 cals.

Thanks, It has been over a week since is have lost anything. Have been trying to drink more water but all that does is give me "exercise" running back and forth to the bathroom. I should probably have explained that I am 67 and have a bad knee that makes it nearly impossible to walk unassisted much less try to exercise.

There are sitting workouts on YouTube. Anything you can do to get your heart rate up at least 20-25% will help speed up your metabolism and get the weight loss going again.
