  • You CAN and WILL do it!!!!! My ultimate goal is to lose 40-50lbs, but I'm starting with the basics (and only on day 2). I'm making myself micro-goals because I figure that's where I've gone wrong in the past. My 'first' micro goal is to lose 12lbs. If I can get to there, there'll be no stopping me ;) GOOD LUCK!!!!!
