I go fishing a lot. Not much action while fishing but hiking down to my favorite fishing holes can be quite the work out!

I'm in the same boat. I work 7pm to 7am and around 11pm when I eat I log it as dinner, then when I get off and eat I'll log that meal as breakfast and then around 11 before I sleep I'll have a small lunch. So my entries are mixed up and I go by the clock so the dinner is logged on the day before. Seems so confusing but…

That's what my goal is, then take a good relaxing shower after the gym. That's a good idea as well, i may have to try that. If It doesn't tire me out to much befor work than that's a great option

I could definitely stop on my way home but they don't have showers available at this gym(in a small town) and when I get off work I am FILTHY from work. I don't ever feel like I can get a work out in with out at least rinsing off first
