Newbie with goals

Currently sitting at 210lbs have a goal weight of around 180lbs. Ex personal trainer who moved to oz from Ireland August 15 and have put on around 20lbs from literally doing nothing but eating and enjoying myself. Now it's time to get back at it. Sick of feeling tired lathargic and of how I'm looking. Gonna do my own daily log from next week on once I sign up to a gym
