Hi I'm Christina and I'm a 29 year old Mother that is tired of being over weight. My short term goal is to lose 50lbs. I also have a long term goal to lose over 100lbs. Any motivational information is more than welcome. I've had many failed attempts at diets and losing weight but this time I have my mind completey set on losing weight and becoming a happy healthier me!

    I am hoping to lose 70 pounds. I started 6 weeks ago and have lost 15 pounds. It takes discipline to record EVERYTHING I eat, but doing this has increased my awareness of how nutritious eating makes me feel and has given me the confidence to know I CAN control what goes into my mouth. It gets easier with time. Hang in there and believe in yourself. You can do it. This is the only way I have found to be successful in about 10 years.
