Hi Leah, Welcome to MFP! I just recently joined and started my low carb high protein diet on Monday. Started at 247 lbs Just weighed in today at 238.6! So any tips you want to share would be helpful and vis versa! Let's get moving!!

Fantastic! Sugar is the ENEMY!!!! Way to go! I had to detach my self from diet drinks! Stay away from, dextrose, fructose, sugar alcohols ect! Stevia is the way to go! Read the labels carefully!

I just joined and would like likeminded individuals to share our weight loss journey together! I have tendinitis so I have to stay away from weight bearing exercises.So I bike ride 6 times a week and weight train 4 times a week.
