Hi everyone! I just started MFP last week! I've already lost 7 pounds of water weight! I bike ride 1 hour a day.6 days a week. Strength train 4 times a week! Looking for new friends to share our journey together! Let's do this!!

    Hi welcome I'm new here also want to lose 60 lbs I walk a lot with my pup, strength train at home purchased a tread mill, nutri Bullitt etc ....how do you send friend requests here ? Good luck everyone

    Depends on how you look at it. I look at it like a video game and the goal is to match the numbers that MFP app sets for me. Cardio is power up since it gives me more food wiggle room and resistance training is working my way to an armor upgrade. It's like a game I'm playing all day long.

    Yay to 7 pounds of water weight loss!! I just had 6 :) just cut out white flour and sugar a few days ago and I'm just getting started....I did a half marathon 5 years ago and gained 75 pounds since amd looking to get back into shape.

    Fantastic! Sugar is the ENEMY!!!! Way to go! I had to detach my self from diet drinks! Stay away from, dextrose, fructose, sugar alcohols ect! Stevia is the way to go! Read the labels carefully!
