  • @Get_Back_To_Feeling_Good you have had 3 days under 1000 calories. Are you planning on continuing with that level of calorie intake?? To each their own but I don't think that is a healthy behavior, not for long term weight loss and not for short term weight loss.

  • @JNettie73 it is always wonderful to get random comments like that!! That is crazy that you have to interview for your job each year. Where do you work (what type of job if you don't want to share the company name). I haven't run into that before but I've only worked in retail before collage and in Biotech afterwards.
