  • that you may look in the mirror and not look any different to you...even though you have gone down many sizes. that you see the difference in the before and no pics side by side but looking in the mirror you still see the before. I hope it just takes time for the brain to catch up??
  • so I got on the scale today and was down the small gain plus .6 pounds. so small loss but it made me 239.8 so I got to say goodbye to the 240s yay! I was 240 when I did a half marathon in 2010 which means I can start training for another soon
  • if your sticking to plan I'm sure it will come off next week. I had a gain of a pound on Wed but I got on the scale today and it was gone today.

  • ya I hate it the worst part is I have a great day and then 10 minutes before bed I stuff my face. I lowered carbs today and feel much better!! going out with friends and plan to have 1 drink. now to find something that's not filled with sugar.

  • mine mini goal is to see the 230's I'm so close but my losses are super slow now been working hard waiting for the scale to catch up.
  • my daughter got hurt so trip was postponed :( it will give me 4 months more of practice to make these things habit before we go though....if I'm looking on tje bright side :)

  • swam yesterday water down to 73....can't wait to get in today. kinda scared to move to the public pool feeling like I'm too slow for lane swims.

  • That is fantastic!!! it's funny how when we start it's all about the number and getting it off fast but once we start the health benifit and how you feel trump that and we can relax on the end goal as long as we are on the path to it!!!
