that the scale will affect you less and less. I gained 3lbs this weekend.....there was a time that would have sent me into a panic. today I thought well you went for 3 hikes totalling 10 miles in 3 days so probably some water retention...drink extra wate t oday...no drama no beating myself up....you learn to trust the…

I'm having the same issue....down nearly 70 but don't see it. I keep telling myself it's cause Its cause I Have another 60 to loose. Sorry I'm late to the party....I didn't wanted to be tempted by appatizers. 1) rein in the wheat sugar issue I currently have going on...no more! 2) 300 intensity minutes min a week. 3) the return of the killer hike Friday's...weather is irrelevant 4)take my work day walks back to off trail hikes. Walk all breaks 5) more…

if your inches are going down and muscle percent up I call that a win!! my scale does that when batteries are dying. mine shoeing me up 3lbs grrr I try not to let that get to me as I know I struggle with water retention but it still does. think of those non scale voctories to get you through
-
don't worry about the scale!! I had the same thing 2.5 months of scale not moving but dropping sizes like crazy...then the big whoosh came. great job!!

I have so much more room in my drawers. Two reasons for that 1) the clothes are smaller so I can fit more in per drawer 2) all I have is staples as everything was too big so not much to put in there till I go shopping once I'm close to end goal. I can't wait to built my wordrobe back up. I don't often buy myself things and…

I asked at one place what was gluten free and was told the potatoe soup was when I asked what they used to thicken it…
