That is the hardest part!! when I started in may and I got on the scale I weighed 50 lbs more than I thought I did. that was hard cause I felt like I had to loose 50 to be where I was the day before. I tried to focus on all the nsv along the way!!

it is so much more than apples and salmon. many of the fruits and vegetables are gentically modified. did you see in the news they are feeding rejected candy to cattle and it is common practice yikes!!

I Have restless legs and they are so bad on rest day. I'm loving that I actually wand/need to exercise instead of forcing myself too.

shaving is waýyyy easier!! sometimes I forget how much I eat. like I'll be starving and I put all this healthy food into mfp and on my plate and sit down and can only eat 1/4 to half of it and am satisfied. that you can live through passing up on the bread basket before dinner.

I'm am introvert too. I would love to find a hiking partner!! Noone want to go outside in tje winter and it's not even cold. hubby comes but we jave different t days off.

I watch my sugar intake due to pre diabeties and fatty liver. I cut sugar no more pre diabeties now. So for me high sugar foods are not healthy. Nothing wrong with treats but if someone was eating all calories of chocolate bars not many nutrients in them. I try and look at food as fuel.....if it is full of chemicals I TRY…

That you actually want to move your body.....I don't want to go to a movie I want to snowshoe or hike or skate even if it's an activity that isn't my fav still better than sitting around That I need new friends.....friends that want do stuff other then sit and eat

I also agree naked is not for everyone I share my body with who I choose to. it has nothing g to do with comfort. I don't walk around a change room naked.period. I'm actually quite happy not sad at all :wink:

well it may not be a huge weightloss but it sounds like the difference was pretty life changing for you....congratulations!! a triathlon is pretty huge!. good for you for catching it at 3lbs and not needing to loose a huge amount of weight( I waited till it was way out of hand)

to do up my smallest pair of pants from a weigjt loss in 2009. I lost 50 in 09 and gain 90between 2010 and 2016. I'm down 60 of that 90 and and going strong. that is the smallest I've been since having kids in 2004. I can force them done up but I will wait a week or two till I can comfortably due them up. they are outdated…

that if you stick with your goals and plan eventually your trigger foods just become foods.

I ate 3 pieces of pizza for dinner. I stayed within calories for the day. I have not had pizza for many months as I can't stop eating it at a reasonable amount it is a trigger food. I enjoyed my 3 slices and was satisfied. Pizza is no longer a problem for me

I stay away from those contest as sometimes my weigjt doesn't go down but sizes do. seems counterproductive to eat a bunch of garbage just to win a wl challange...the real win is the health benifit from real loss or muscle gain but that's just my 2 cents
