sounds good gallowmere!. can I ask you something. I'm now doing pushup and am sore from them (karate) doing Monday and Wednesday what days are good for lifting? I cant fit rest in between and get two lifting sessions in? I'm sore day after karate suggestions

I started karate and loved it. two classes this week and dropped 3 lbs (of the overnight gain I had) it was so hard and I'm so sore. how is everyone doing?

I joined a karate class got my butt kicked on tje first class and went back for 2nd class and I can't wait till my third :smiley:

I got my butt kicked in my first karate class monday. Tuesday and Wednesday felt like a truck drove over me and parked BUT I went back Wednesday for class 2! it was so hard and so fun and I can't wait to go back when they reopen after the holidays....plan on working on my push ups and sit ups from now till they really open.

to do 10 push ups and 10 situps....I can do 0 sit ups and 6 pish ups...and go to 2nd karate class tonight even though I feel like a very large truck ran me over and backed up amd ran me over again.

that you would have the confidence to try new active things. that you can be super confident and rock an outfit one day and another day look in tje mirror and think I can't wear this out!! the mind is a funny thing!

I'm the same I went down 4 sizes in jeans and according to my measurements I gained 3 inches!! I took measurements before halloween for christmas challange and am going to measure today I hope it's a loss but I am bad at measuring

I've been struggle of the last week too but know if I don't come to mfp everyday I'll loose control. congrats on the puppies. I have yet to do holiday baking because I'm afraid I'll at the cookies. confession I had to rebut two treats from the stocking..laura second chocolate bar and a row of toffee..it happens!

I've been eating the same...I weigh my food. I ate out 3 times last week I stayed within calories but had to estimate sizes but I tend to overestimate so that's good. only thing different I have a sensitivity to gluten and a restaurant served me gluten free pasta that was not gluten free.. I was in my calorie goal. still up. I was also sick but I'm keeping at it and not worried about the scale...as long as my body keeps shrinking

my glasses are too big too after 60 pounds and I don't need them anymore...weird right!! I think all the extra inulin due to insulin resistance was messing with my eyes!
