It is eye opening isnt it, makes you think about what you put pass your lips...I work out too doing classes everyday but ive done so well with my calorie counting...i go away in August so am looking to maybe lose another 7lb...x

Yeah less the exercise burn...so even if I do burn 100-200 calories per day through exercise, I still only have 1500.

I don't count exercise calories so Ive set my calories as 1500 per day and I don't log exercise because after research Ive found that MFP overly estimates exercise calories....

I had this problem too so I spoke to my instructor who does the LesMills CXWORX class, I just asked her how I embrace it and she described it as sucking in your stomach muscles but pushing out at the same time and I must admit it is hard to keep it during my workouts... I'm all up for any other advice haha!
