Loving my PT sessions - Wish I'd had done it sooner...
So today was my 5th PT session (my 3rd week) and I am loving it. I love MFP....
On the 20th May I joined MFP but counting calories only and I've lost 7lbs to date....I am super chuffed, today was my biggest lost of 3lb so far in a week...I love calorie counting...makes me feel in control of what I eat... Just thought I'd share... xx

Lost another 1lb since upping my calories....
I lost another pound this week, that's 3lb in 2 weeks since I upped my calories to 1500 a day - this takes into consideration my exercise too. Although through the week I will have 100-200 calories less so I can enjoy more at the weekend (like wine!). Super chuffed!
