Lost another 1lb since upping my calories....

I lost another pound this week, that's 3lb in 2 weeks since I upped my calories to 1500 a day - this takes into consideration my exercise too. Although through the week I will have 100-200 calories less so I can enjoy more at the weekend (like wine!).

Super chuffed!

    Fab. I tried that for a fortnight and lost nowt. I suspect that's my maintenance level with exercise.

    if you don't want to keep losing you need to up them again.....

    I'm just realising you are perhaps wanting to lose more! doh!! I'm so used to seeing this kind of post in the Maintenance forums.
