Does anyone follow the Bodycoach Plan?

Hi all, I've read his books and have made some of his recipes all of which have been delicious but I dont follow his actual plan. However, he goes on to say that after workouts we should eat a high carb meal, is this true as I tend NOT to eat much high carbs after a workout, I work out on my lunch hour and I tend to have salads, prawns, chicken.....I suppose my question is should I be eating more carbs after a workout??     Eat whatever makes you feel good and fits your needs after a workout.
