Does anyone just do Kettlebell workouts?

Hi Everyone
I really enjoy Kettlebells and love my class on a Thursday, its really the only weight training I do unless its GRIT strength on a Weds (it gets alternated between PLYO/Cardio).
I also do other classes but wanted to incorporate more weights in my routines and as my gym only does one class per week I was thinking of purchasing my own Kettlebell but is it OK to just do Kettlebells? I've tried incorporating weights using barbell/weights but these are now collecting dust in my house because I just didn't enjoy it but with Kettlebells I do and I feel EPIC when I've used them....
I also do cardio too.

Yes, assuming that you are doing a variety of moves with the kb & not just swings every time.0

Excellent, oh yeah, I wouldn't just do swings, I would pick some of the moves we do from Kettlebell class or Fitness Blender have really good KB videos. I do love swings though, I feel EPIC when I do them haha!
Thanks, Kel0 -
"Doing kettlebells" can mean a number of things. For some it is a heavy workout, for others it is an aerobic workout with a light weight thingy. It comes down to what your objectives are and what you mean by doing kettlebells.0

My objectives are just to incorporate some weight training into my weekly gym routine, I'm not doing it for any other reason except because I enjoy it and want to do it.
What I mean is I'm not looking to bulk, I'm not looking to do it to lose weight because I'm already losing weigh on a calorie deficit, I'm not looking to get strong, I just want to do it because I really like it and I always feel good after it.

Seems like reason enough to do it. If you have a goal other than having fun it might help you choose the type of KB routine you do.0

I agree! Kettle bell training is so much fun! I incorporate a full KB session into my training every week. Here are some resources I have used:

I know a couple of women who use kb as their primary strength training and they are super strong and not bulky. Don't go to fitness blender for KB videos. They don't use proper technique.1
