I do have medication but sometimes it's really hard for me to take it consistently at the same time every single day. So I will definitely work on this. I didn't know it was so important to be that specific! Thanks for the input

I loooove an ice cold parfait in the summer!! Fresh berries, granola, light yogurt. And I also like to make instant pudding and let it set in little pre made graham cracker crusts. Maybe not the most healthy but the little crusts help me with portion control
