  • I admit my exercise has been almost all cardio. I'll try more strength training. I think I should have had enough deficit to lose, but maybe I underestimated my portions. Go indigoblue! I will try to match your exercise!

  • Me too. Recently did a roast with just meat, veggies and seasonings and a little broth.
  • If you want butter taste try earth balance spread. I have dairy issues, so I use that. It tastes good and is plant based so less unsaturated fat.
