You seem mad or something! I'm not saying anything wrong.. I'm African and I'm proud to be. Yes I agree we have dark skin ppl in my country but not that much as non dark skin ppl. And I don't need any explanation. Cuz I was born there :)

Actually the reason why I wanna retry this diet, cuz I've been already doing it for 4 days, and that was since before couple of weeks, and during those 4 days I've lost 3.5kgs Any other healthy diet plan plz..?
