The only sugar I track is added sugar. I dont track sugar from natural sources like fruit. The added sugar and processed foods are the ones we should avoid. :smile:

I exercise 5 days a weeks and eat around 1200 to 1300 cals. Spme days more depending on the type of exercise I do. I have been losing around 2kg a month. I eat less. Since I start eating only at 1pm I eat one less meal and one less snack. If I ate breakfast I would eat it around 8am and then a mid morning snack at 11am. So yes, I eat much less when I dont eat all morning :smile:

I live in europe, ao when I travel to another country I try and find an accommodation thats has a small kitchen so that I can prepare my meals. But I also try and keep things simple if I dont have a kitchen. I make sandwiches, wraps, lots of fruit for breakfast. I also try and look for vegetarian or vegan places to eat…

Its all about the calories and knowing you body. Im vegan and I realised that I cant eat carbs like pasta and rice at night. I enjoy them at lunch and then I eat something light for dinner. Maybe you are overdoing the pasta and rice and eating more calories then you should.

Meal plan and keep busy! Go for walks, gym, dance, clean, cook healthy foods for the week, pamper yourself, go for coffee with a friend :smile: I like to plan my meals and activities on the weekend and only eat at the hour I planned.

The only supplement you need is B12, I choose to take a multivitamin that has B12. Vegan recepies are the easier to make. Veggies, fruit, pasta, beans and rice are amazing for our body.. Dont overdue the carbs :smile:

I do prefer to et a low fat high carb vegan diet. When I eat carbs I feel more energetic. :)

I like doig IF as well. But I still do check my calorie intake so that I dont eat too much, thats how Im loosing my weight. Some days I do 20:4 IF and other 16:8. Do what feels good for you and your body :)

You ate to many calories I belive. Like in any diet you need to figure out you portion intake. Once that comes natural to you dont need to count your calories anymore
