I don't know what happened to me last week but I fell off the wagon food wise to the point where I even stopped logging it. I still worked out 5 days which is probably why I didn't gain to much. Last week's issues will not cause me to crumble. I will do better this week and log everything.

I completely stopped weighting myself started at 229.6 and ended at 231. Evil evil evil but I did it to myself. Maybe next round I will get it moving in the right direction.

Did 110 yesterday and 100 already today. I did them when I had little moments at work today.

At one time I was 311lbs. I am currently 229.6lbs. I have lost 81.4lbs but I still have 55.6 lbs to go till my goal weight of 174. I decided on that weight because I will no longer be obese just overweight and that means a lot to me. I know I don't have 100lbs to go but I would be more than happy to join you all.

I was that fat person, I still am just 80lbs less fat and I look at people and think "hell yeah you got this!" I smile at them too, it probably weirds them out.

In the quick workout area there is a routine to follow. Weights, cardio, weights, cardio ..... They are all numbered and you follow the numbers as the lights switch. Green means go red stop and switch, simple right? Biggest pet peeves include not switching when the light turns red, jumping to random machines and messing up…
