I don't know what happened to me last week but I fell off the wagon food wise to the point where I even stopped logging it. I still worked out 5 days which is probably why I didn't gain to much. Last week's issues will not cause me to crumble. I will do better this week and log everything.6

I've been on keto for well over a week and I love the diet. Super easy to maintain. New challenge, though, is I've developed the dreaded low-carb insomnia. I'm still gonna stick with keto as obv the results are great but pursue other fixes I've been reading about (like electrolytes, upping carbs slightly, etc and see how the sleep thing goes.) It's just putting a stop to me wanting to exercise because I'm so tired all the time.

So I’ve had this account for awhile but haven’t did anything with it. Well I started my weight loss journey (again) on March 9th. My starting weight was 271. Current weight is 258. I ultimately would love to be less than 150 by July 2019 but I am just going to take it as it comes I will update every Thursday. Can’t wait to see everyone’s success!!2

Went on vacation last week. Didn't do too bad actually. My monthly goal by end of March is 250. I am about 1.8 pounds away from that. Drinking lots of water and watching the food intake. Back to strictly counting calories

Hey y'all!! This week was a pretty good week for me. I saw a 1.8 lb loss that I'm super proud of. I've been working really hard at trying to find a balance between working on my goals and staying in touch with my friends throughout this journey. Going out for drinks definitely slowed down my progress a bit but progress is progress no matter the rate. I can't wait to hear about everyone else's week!!3 -

So aggravatingly close to my first mini goal. I don't want to get hung up on a pound or two, though. Looking at my weigh in history, at the start of March I was 276 and I'm now 256.2. That's almost 20 lbs in a month which is pretty dang good. See y'all next week!2 -

Hi everyone. I'm in. I started at 332lbs and want to get to 220lbs. The FDA says that's what someone my age and height (43 / 6'7") should weigh. I started logging meals and walking/working out daily in Feb. Here are my latest weigh-ins.

I did not weigh-in after the 11th of March due to a family member being in the hospital.

I am starting at 248 lbs. Want to loose 100lbs. I am going to make sure I track everything I put in my mouth. Try to do lots of walking and by next year I would love to see 148lbs. I just need to be honest with myself and not overdo it. No saying just once anymore.

I started off at 261 in November and am now about 219. My ultimate goal weight to meet completely healthy BMI is 145 but I’d honestly be thrilled with getting at least to 165. I’ve been a a bit stalled out the past few weeks and have been bouncing between 218 and 220. I’ve been lax about the diet the past couple weeks and been having too many cheat days. I’m just focused on eating less, not eating too many sweets and working out at least 5-6x a week. I’m hoping to get my drive back a bit and be stricter with my food intake!3
