Th st is a very good idea. I haven't actually measured myself at all. Do you just measure you waist?

You are right about the deficit. My maintenence calories are only 1400 which is already quite low. I'm sticking with it and hopefully will see some movement soon. It can be disheartening to not see some benefit of all this at the end of the week.

I admit I can be a bit sporadic with weighing my food. That could be tightened up. I'm awaiting a hospital appointment for further blood tests to review my thyroid medication. It's been ten years since I was diagnosed so I'm not holding my breath for them to finally get my meds right to be honest.

How do you mean you feel bad? If you feel a little bit hungry that's ok. You shouldn't judge if you have eaten enough by how you feel though. If you are accuarate with your logging you will know how much you have consumed.

I did the same I did the same I ordered a take out. One main was shared between me a nine year old, 3 year old and 2 year old. Still had enough for lunch today and some of it still went in the bin. The portions are way too big

Why not just have something you like but fit it in with your weekly calorie goal? I had a Chinese last night I just had a smaller plate than usual.

I'm only 4 foot 11 and my calorie target has stayed at 1200 every time I'm update it . My maintnenance level is only 1430.

I've been on a low calorie diet for almost six weeks and have lost on average just over 2 pounds a week and I have an under treated underactive thyroid. I don't believe in starvation mode.

I'm not gonna lie I'm pretty hungry. I'm on quite a low calorie diet so that is to be expected. I'm just getting on with it. I have only 9 pounds left to go so don't want to change what's been working so far

That would count as either breakfast or lunch for me.

Op I feel your pain. My latest tsh result was 40 and my doctor decided to start from the lowest dose and retest every six weeks. I'm quite undermedicated at the moment and my symthoms are the worst they have ever been. That said I have been losing weight but my calorie in take is lower than would be reccomended. I'm to…

That looks lovely. I'm happy out with just the one. I've cut out everything else that's not good for me and this is the only thing I've kept. I don't mind mixing with water either

Its literally just a shot. I had a bad reaction from friends 're this but they are into body building so their goals are different.

I eat the same at weekends as I do during the week. Yesterday I was out of home all day with my little girl. I was tempted once in a coffee shop to buy a flapjack but read the nutritional info and decided it wasn't worth it and stuck with my coffee. I have a few things coming up the next few months and I really want to…

I have an underactive thyroid and found it very difficult to lose weight until I cut out basically all snacks sugary or processed food. I try to eat as clean as I can and finally I'm seeing some weight loss. I am aware though my thyroid is causing the issue here as I'm currently undermedicated.

I would eat something nutritious rather than crisps maybe some fruit or nuts or Greek yoghurt. I'm struggling with low appetite at the moment so I do feel your pain
-
Your exercise and eating habits sound very unhealthy. It's more important to be healthy than to lose 5 pounds.
-
I love cardio and it will only make you fat if you binge eat afterwards. The same can be said of any exercise

I was fine the first two weeks and now I'm on an emotional rollercoaster. I've been upset for three hours as my dinner was disgusting. Its ridiculous I know I'm being ridiculous but the mood has set in. I'm hoping this settles down soon

My exercise is limited to walking 30 mins home from work at the moment due to busy schedule so nothing overly strenuous. I have added fruit to my porrige today.I'm tracking what I'm eating but not attempting to cut calories I have just switched to healthier food And am finding I'm full on a lot less I guess it's more…
