I love the Fiber One brownies! When I need a chocolate fix they work right into my plan. Nothing better with a cup of coffee. :) They are only 90 calories!

My plans says I need to eat 1640, but I don't lose at that calorie limit. I am eating 1250 to 1300 calories and losing about 2 pounds per week. When I reach maintenance then I can increase my calories a little. :)

I don't have one but here is a recipe you can try in yours. Coat boneless and skin removed chicken breast with about 1/4 cup of crushed Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes. I do this in the oven, I call it unfried chicken.

I agree as well. I would not go below 1200 a day. If you go too low your metabolism will slow down.

When I am really wanting a burger I get the Cheeseburger Kids Meal at McDonald's. It is about 415 calories for the whole meal if you get the kiddie fries and apple slices. The serving of fries is very small but enough to satisfy the craving.

My nutritionist said I could have 1640 a day, but I have been trying not to go over 1250 because I started insulin and wanted to keep losing and not gain. I lost 4.5 last week. My body loses better in the 1200 calorie range. You can add me, we need all the support we can get. :)

I make lite deviled eggs. I use reduced fat mayo, and sugar free pickle relish. You can also use low fat sour cream instead of the mayo.

When you have a little time go ahead and bake several chicken breasts or whole chicken to use later in the week. There are several online sites of what to do with precooked chicken. Example: Chicken Taco's, Chicken Salad, Soup, Pizza etc. The more prep done ahead of time the easier meal time will be.
