I ordered a passion one today and was asked if I wanted lemonade in it, then wasn't sure which calorie count I read - I wanted the lowest calories so I opted for without. Maybe the calorie count included lemonade and I missed out!

Great title because, mother of a 12 year old son. LOL Yup, he loves the videos.
-
You just changed my life.
-
This is all super-helpful and what I was thinking too - until someone told me yesterday I needed to eat at a calorie surplus and made me question my assumption!

So many make-believe words according to MFP forums!
-
OK so avoid entering in MFP and enter in my FitBit app? I'll try that this week thanks!
-
Thanks! I think I just need to be more precise on entering the time of the exercise. Once I did that yesterday and it synced everything fixed itself right up. Yay!

Check out the brand's Facebook page. I have the Simply Fit Board and found some info on calorie burns on their FB page. Take it all with a grain of salt (just like you would the calorie burns a machine gives you).

Congratulations!!

I'm right there with you! Week 5 Day 1 done today, day 2 will be done on Wed and then I'm on vacay for a week so I'll redo this week when I get back. Which means I have time before the 20m run. I can't for the life of me understand why there's such a big jump in week 5?! Why from 5m run to 20m? Why not 10m?

This is going on my Instagram tomorrow, it's a usual lunch for me - wraps (WW 80 calories each) with leftover chicken, Greek dressing and veggies) Breakfast is always just a shake, dinner tonight was an 8oz steak and a grilled zucchini with a few baby potatoes. ☺

I use it, I love it, but keep quiet about it on here because people get annoyed easily with MLM companies. *not trynna sell anyone anything*

If you're counting your exercise in determining your activity level, my understanding is that's incorrect. Your activity level should be determined by your everyday lifestyle or job - are you waitressing on your feet all day or sitting at a desk? Perhaps changing your activity level, then logging exercise calories outside…

I weigh daily and use Happy Scale. It p*sses me off when I gain a lb over night but I know it's not a pound of fat so I just dust off and carry on. Agreed on how it makes us make better food choices that day though!

I've been using mine since Dec 26 so almost a month. I'll probably stick with 50% to be safe but was amused today when it lined up!
-
Thanks, I feel like I'm back on the right path now!
-
Agreed - I use my Fitbit calorie burn rather than what my treadmill displays and typically only eat 50/% back. Sedentary (sloth!) it is!

Another vote for popcorn!

I got strep throat in June and ate Popsicles for a week. It definitely boosted the weight loss I had already started and I haven't gained any of it back. It was a terrible terrible time but there was some good that came out of being that ill.

This is an awesome post, in week 3 here and I love all your tips - so thank you once again!

Fresh rolls (or salad rolls whatever you call them where you live) http://feistyfrugalandfabulous.com/2015/01/chicken-satay-fresh-rolls/ I could eat these every day!
