Do you need to eat above maintenance to tone?
I'm in maintenance and now would like to tone my body a bit. No huge muscle gains but nice arms and shoulders for example. Do I need to "eat more to bulk up"? Or do I need to continue my healthy eating at maintenance but ensure I'm getting enough proteins and fat for my babh muscles?

We know that calories allotted from some fitness (machines) are probably too high, but what are your thoughts on the calories given for your steps in a day? Still be conservative and eat back half or take the count as legit?

FitBit Calorie Adjustment OR Manual Enter Excercise Right?
Just confirming this: if I manually enter in my exercise (cardio 30m) then I would delete the automatic FitBit calorie tracker adjustment that shows up right? Otherwise that's doubling up. Calorie Counting Makes Me Nutty
As I'm putting away cereal this morning, my kid's Fruit Loops are 100 calories per 3/4 cup and my Special K Nourish is 220 calories per cup! I know mine is more nutritious but when calorie counting...I want the Fruit Loops to save my calories! Ugh. Anyone else caught in the calorie-brain-drain?
