Day nine: three sets of a minute each! Feeling very accomplished! Getting those bikini abs. Lol will have to do quite a few of this challenge for that but I am on my way :-)

Been over a month since I quit eating after 8pm! I almost slipped last night but I told myself, it was only boredom, not hunger.

Awesome challenge I try to do no eating past eight and then I fast for ten to twelve hours. So If the last thing I eat is at 8pm I don't eat breakfast until 8 am the next day. Going to try to keep this up. I tend to sleep better.

Starting this challenge late. But I have been doing my planks already and I am up to the one minute mark
