Finally caught up. Thanks for the encouragement to exercise at home. I did about 30 min of different walking activities. Doing well at eating the extra calories and carbs prescribed by dietician. Have more energy now. Now, off to bed. DebbieTX

Afternoon everyone. Went to dietitian today and have lost 2 lbs in 10 days! I have been eating between 1200 & 1500 cal per day. She says to eat at least 1800 cal, including, 200g of carbs. Did well eating this weekend even with DH in hospital. Only exercise has been walking from pking lot to hospital room and walks with DH around the halls. He is having a stress CT tomorrow with contrast. Hope it shows a reason for his chest pain.

Kim: MFP puts me on 1750; I decided on 1500. I drink at least a gallon of water each day. To drink half my weight would be over 2 gallons a day. I need some help. Am exhausted after only 30 minutes of very slow walking, even taking a shower and getting dressed is hard to accomplish.
