13/04/18 Exercise - Yes, 45 mins on the x trainer. Tracked - No, lost it Within calories- doubtful. Water - probably about a litre. Blame it on the date.

12/04/18 No exercise Food tracked Doubt within calories, Daughter in Law surprised me and had made Chicken Chasseur, Mash and Veg for dinner, have hazarded a guess at the calories but always difficult. Back on the wagon tomorrow.

06/04/18 Exercise - 32 mins on X-trainer earned 180 extra cals All food logged Within cal allowance. Weigh day tomorrow, hoping for a pound at least but happy whatever, had a good week, glad I'm back on the x-trainer.

I infuse my water with Cucumber, Mint and a few slices of lemon peel and just keep filling it up, lasts about 2 - 3 days and I love it.
