Last night I bought this cool infuser pitcher...

I added strawberries and kiwis and let it sit over night, (it tastes amazing) and I've refilled the water once today. How long do I leave the fruit in before I toss it?

I left the fruit in the whole time I was drinking out of the pitcher. It never lasted more than three days before I drank it all down. You are using a much smaller pitcher than what I have - mine is just an ordinary gallon pitcher with a strainer side in the lid. When I did it with cucumbers, I refilled the water and had 'em in there for five days.

Incidentally the best iced tea I have ever had was plain old black tea with strawberries infused into it, no added sweetener.

I infuse my water with Cucumber, Mint and a few slices of lemon peel and just keep filling it up, lasts about 2 - 3 days and I love it.
