    Im hoping it's just water weight. Since I started I've been eating really clean. No prepackaged food, with a few exception the majority of my meals I've been making from scratch. However this week I I went out for dinner a few times. The amount of sodium and other crap that restaurants put in your food to make it taste good is disgusting! I could literally feel the swelling in my hands from the water my body was retaining!

    You only went up half a pound, so if it is water weight, that will be gone in no time!! Yes, restaurant food is high in sodium and it is also high in calories, so all in all, not a bad week!! Drink lots of water today and get out and enjoy that sunshine...and next week we will see another loss on the scale from you!!

    It was going to be a break even week, at best, anyway because of two calorie over days last weekend (function on Saturday, birthday on Sunday) but I added a third, and the night before weigh-in!! I tried to mitigate the damage yesterday and weigh in a day late, but I could not salvage it!! But this week should be better...no unavoidable over calorie days planned and the weather is finally getting nice!!

    You've been hovering around the 192 mark for a couple of weeks....you are due for a loss!! I know you are exercising, from the Amazing Race Challenge; how's your logging been?

    Yes I tend to get stuck at weights. Like I was at 160 once didn’t gain didn’t loose for a long time lol that doesn’t sound so bad now. Maybe I just need to keep at it when I loose weight I usually stay there. My next goal is to get out of 90’s into the 80’s.
