It took me 9 months. It was slow but I loved seeing my body change & felt more confident month after month! I was obsessive at first about the scale. I was working 60 hours a week & had a 2 year old while my husband was deployed. I lost 20 pounds. You can do it. Pre make all your meals for the week. Have one cheat meal. Sleep as much as you can. 30 minutes of cardio or body weight exercises a day will help. Don't give up!

Same here! My oldest is 5 & youngest is 6 months old. Looking to lose 20 pounds. I've lost 9 pounds so far! I walk to the gym 6 days a week ( try to do at least 40 min of cardio & some weight lifting) & also try to do body weight exercises in the afternoons.
