Very interesting read. I’m working on doing one small thing a day from walking to the mail box to check the mAil or even just doing some kind of light cleaning.

My mood has improved a little bit, but I’m still not feeling motivated.

I went for a walk today... didn’t really help my mood. I’m trying to find other things to try and keep busy, but nothing really seems to be helping. My doctor recommended a lot of what everyone here has recommended... I think the only thing I can do is wait for it to pass... thank you for the support!

When I said keep your negative opinions to your self, I simply meant I don’t want people being nasty! I’ve seen a lot of that and it’s flat out unnecessary! If someone doesn’t agree with this diet there is a way to voice that without being negative.

Today I felt better, still a but stiff, but better! I can't take ibuprofen, but have been using acetaminophen, so far I haven't moved unless necessary... once I see my doctor I'll have more infor! Thank you everyone for the well wishes and tips!

I totally agree! My problem is partly my work schedule I work long hours and often close to 50-60hrs a week so when I get home the last thing I want is to go work out or wake up early lol
