Thank you. I didn’t realize that the shot would make me retain water weight! Also after the shot and before I stopped all activity to play it safe. That's correct I'm not looking to lose more weight. I like weighing 150-160 and that helps with surfing. So more core exercises? Anything I can add to my routine? I use the 6 pack promise app almost daily and I do 200 push-ups in four sets now. I am running 6 miles about every other day too. Thank you for your input!!
